That means that his or her eyes and ears are open for what is happening with the client. Occurrences and events that go beyond the daily routine are the boss's responsibility. We assemble teams of internal and external specialists on a project basis as needed. Office development

The tax consultancies ZYMA Steuerberatungsgesellschaft and Martini Steuerberatung have pooled their competences and are available to you as from 1 November 2017 as the new tax consultancy martini + schleicher Steuerberatungsgesellschaft. The merger of the two tax consultancies is aimed at offering you from now on high-quality tax advice from a single source based on the best special knowledge gathered over two decades by both consultancies. Together we provide the foundation for a smooth implementation of digital accounting also in your company and develop future-oriented counselling strategies for the successful activities of your company. August Schleicher, tax consultant and graduate in business management, founded his office in 1996 and has been working since 1998 in Adlershof, a science and technology park with a high concentration of businesses and media companies. In this time, the office has been able to optimally unfold its competency and creativity, developing its own quality standards. In September 2005 the independent office combined forces with the Zyma Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH.

Fees
The remuneration of our activities is made up of a fee for the service provided and reimbursement of out-of- pocket expenses. Tax consultants are bound to the ordinance on tax consulting fees [Steuerberatergebührenverordnung] in accordance with the Tax Advisor Law [Steuerberatungsgesetz], issued by the German Federal Ministry of Finances through statutory regulation with the agreement of the Bundesrat. The amount of fees is aligned to the significance of the matter at hand, the scope of work, and its level of difficulty. The ordinance on tax consulting fees [Steuerberatergebührenverordnung] relates to tax consulting only in the narrower sense. This includes consulting and representation in tax matters and assistance in complying with tax and bookkeeping obligations. For other activities of the tax consultant compatible with the profession, other regulations on fees apply, such as for instance from the German Civil Code [Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch] and the law on reimbursing witnesses and experts [Gesetz über die Entschädigung von Zeugen und Sachverständigen]. We would also be happy to agree flat-rate fees, to the extent legally permissible. Ask us about it!
